I have activated the MY VISION service but I can't see access from the APP, what can I do?

If your account has been correctly enabled for the MY VISION service, just perform a simple Logout and Login operation from the Rivacold MY I.D. app to view the new option, as the instructions below:
  1. Select the menu
  2. Select Log Out
  3. LOGIN again, usually the credentials remain saved.
  4. On the main page you will see the MY VISION button which will allow access to the service. 
Attention: in some situations in point 3 it may be required to manually enter the credentials.
