If your account has been correctly enabled for the MY VISION service, just perform a simple Logout and Login operation from the Rivacold MY I.D. app to view the new option, as the instructions below:
- Select the menu
- Select Log Out
- LOGIN again, usually the credentials remain saved.
- On the main page you will see the MY VISION button which will allow access to the service.
Attention: in some situations in point 3 it may be required to manually enter the credentials.
